Please make your check payable to the “Community Foundation” and note your fund preference on the memo line. You can drop off your donation at our office or mail it directly to our PO Box:

To complete a gift of publicly-traded securities, please call 260-356-8878 to speak with a member of our staff. We will walk you through our process and facilitate a smooth and efficient transfer of assets.

I acknowledge that the cryptocurrency I donate comes from my personal cryptocurrency wallet and that the gifted cryptocurrency is derived from lawful sources and/or activities.

Your gift to the Community Foundation is considered tax­ deductible to the extent allowed by law. The Community Foundation reserves the right to review and approve all contributions.

Once accepted by the Community Foundation, your donation becomes irrevocable and nonrefundable.
